Hi,
So, I've got a beautiful IMac. It's got an i7 processor. I has 16gB of RAM. And, everything's happening on a solid state 250gB drive. I stored other stuff on the 2tB hard drive.
I rebuilt my Mac about a month ago because it was doing weird things. And, I was absolutely amazed (being an old PC guy) to be able to rebuild the thing in less than an hour. Now, of course, that didn't include re-loading all my applications and stuff. But, I was still impressed.
So, since that rebuild I've been seeing the silly spinning beach ball more than I should, I believe. This Mac should not be starving for memory or space, ever. I see it when just firing up Microsoft Word (nuff said). But I am seeing it much more often than I used to.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Peter
